Do you handle Delray Beach permits and HOA paperwork?
When the scope needs a permit we pull it with the city as a licensed GC, and we’ve produced the drawings and specs HOAs west of Military Trail typically ask for. You’ll know what applies before work starts.
Can pavers survive this close to the ocean?
Yes, if the details are right: stainless or polymer-bound edge restraints, joint sand rated for wash-out, and sealer that tolerates salt spray. That’s standard on our east-side jobs.
My walkway is lifting near a big oak — replace or repair?
Usually repair. We lift the affected area, address the root with the tree’s health in mind, rebuild the base and re-lay your original pavers.
How fast can you start?
We’re based in Deerfield Beach, twenty minutes down I-95, and we schedule Delray estimates within days, not weeks.
